Success at the Boat Show

A big thank you to every one who helped represent our club at the boat show. By all measures it was a tremendous success.

There were 77,105 attendees over 10 days, during which 32 members handed out around 250 pamphlets and almost 70 pricing sheets, and collected the contact info for over 20 people.  We already have two people who are applying for membership! We also had countless conversations with sailors and other members of the community to let them in on our secret oasis. None of this could have happened without your support.

A special thank you goes out to the organizing committee: Bill Miller, Greg Graham, Scott Lyons, Laird White, and also to George Morrison and Ejay Russell (who isn’t even a member), and many others (too numerous to list) who committed to make sure the booth was staffed at all times. What a great event!
